The Sidecar Crop

This season's freebie is a cute little shirt we're calling the Sidecar Crop. It's got kimono sleeves and it ties up in back with bias binding. Here's everything you need to know:

  • Sizes included A-G (Equivalent to US 2-14, UK 6-18)
  • Requires:
    • 1m (1.1yards) of fabric with a width of 115cm (44")
    • 25cm (11") of lightweight iron-on interfacing.
    • 150cm (5') of bias binding (2.5cm/1 inch wide)
  • Recommended for light-to-medium weight woven fabrics, like a poplin, crepe-de-chine or satin.
  • Best for Intermediate level sewers. The pattern pieces are simple but the binding can be tricky for beginners.
